WORLD-RECORD HOLDER | RESILIENCE COACH | REGENERATIVE HEALTH EXPERT AWARD-WINNING INNOVATOR | INSPIRING KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Chris Duffin is a world-record-holding strength athlete,
bestselling author, and executive mentor known as “The
Mad Scientist of Strength.” With 20+ years of applied
expertise across engineering, biomechanics, and elite
strength performance, he’s built a career at the
intersection of science, resilience, and leadership.
He’s the creator of the Regenerative Amplification
Method (RAM)—a scientifically grounded framework
that integrates peptide therapeutics, mitochondrial
optimization, and neurocentric biomechanics to drive
regeneration, boost performance, and restore cellular
resilience. His work in metabolic flexibility, mitochondrial health, and peptide-based recovery is
helping redefine the future of performance longevity.
Raised in the Pacific Northwest wilderness, Chris grew
up homeless and protecting his siblings from violence—
an origin story that forged the mindset behind his
success. After earning an MBA and leading high-stakes
turnarounds in aerospace and automotive, he founded
Kabuki Strength, whose patented tools are now used by
90% of pro sports teams, the U.S. military, and top
colleges.
Today, through The Enhanced Executive, he mentors
high performers on strength, health restoration, and
purpose-driven leadership. His bestselling book The
Eagle and the Dragon is being adapted into a
documentary, and his message has reached audiences
from UC Berkeley to the White House.
