He uses his MBA education and Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma to create large-scale operational improvements in veterinary hospitals with the goal to enhance employee and client satisfaction, and improve business performance. Emmitt is now Chief Operating Officer at Galaxy Vets, a new employee-owned veterinary consolidator in the U.S.
