I am a 37 year trial lawyer, entrepreneur, inventor with patents and a business owner. Recently, in the last 6 years I have mentored other CEOs. That led to a revelation of sorts. I realized I was a vision killer, a well intentioned, seasoned business owner, and lawyer that would disrupt a great vision of others. I have now uncovered a way to control the vision killer, in myself and others, and implement a strategy that advances the owner to create a big vision that is actionable, and does not sit in a drawer someplace.
