I am based in the thriving community of Sandy Springs, Georgia, I am fortunate to share my life with three remarkable daughters, aged between 18 to 25. I am set to marry my inspiring partner and confidante, Winter Baserva, this coming September.

My formative years were spent in Noblesville, Indiana, where I graduated from Purdue University. I was raised in an entrepreneurial family that thrived on boom and bust cycles, with entrepreneurial zeal often leading to "grand ideas" that occasionally culminated in the family utility services being temporarily suspended. Those experiences were both the bane and the boon of my childhood. They presented me with a nuanced understanding of financial realities, which inspired me to assist my mother financially from a very young age.

Observing my father laboring ninety hours a week running multiple businesses profoundly influenced my outlook on entrepreneurship. It instilled in me a desire not to dive headlong into business ownership but to acquire relevant experience and implement strategies to safeguard my family from similar hardships.

Over the course of my career, I have amassed thirty years of distinguished professional experience. I spent two decades managing substantial P&Ls for Fortune 100 tech companies and helming teams of 450+ across North America and beyond. I notably closed a $40 million software deal with Qwest Communications shortly after the tragic events of 9/11. This record-breaking deal, five times larger than any previous agreement in the company's history, set the trajectory for my career ascent.

In the past decade, I have utilized my skills and experiences as a "hired gun" or fractional COO, aiding companies from pre-revenue to $50 million in revenues. My clients range across diverse industries from construction and HVAC to accounting firms, legal practices, and software companies. Additionally, I have significant experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital (including Sequoia), and Mergers & Acquisitions.

My intention in sharing this isn't to self-aggrandize but rather to underscore that the insights I offer are based on a real, proven business track record and extensive hands-on experience, not merely theoretical concepts or bookish knowledge.
