Marc Nudelberg is a dynamic leader whose career seamlessly bridges the worlds of high-level athletics and business. His journey began on the sidelines of NCAA Division I football, where he spent over a decade coaching at powerhouse programs like Florida State University, the University of Cincinnati, the University of Florida, the University of Nevada, and Lafayette College. At these schools, he held pivotal roles including special team’s coordinator, recruiting coordinator, and coached on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Nudelberg played an integral part in player development, strategic game planning, and national recognition for elite special team’s performances, skills which have transferred industries and directly contributed to his success in his business career today.
While Nudelberg’s coaching career was defined by discipline, teamwork, and high-stakes execution, he recognized that the principles of leadership extended far beyond the football field. This realization inspired him to transition into the business world, where he joined On the Ball, founded by his family. Now serving as president, Nudelberg has redefined the company’s mission, shaping it into an award-winning sales and leadership coaching organization. Under his leadership, On the Ball was recently recognized as a Seminole 100 honoree, a distinction awarded to the fastest-growing businesses led by Florida State University alumni.
Nudelberg is passionate about helping organizations build high-performance cultures, implement modern business development strategies, and embrace a "1% better every day" philosophy, a core belief that drives his approach to leadership and success. Through his work with clients such as Amerant Bank, Hotwire, Aflac, True Network Advisors, RCC Associates, City Furniture and UKG, Nudelberg has consistently fostered business growth across a variety of markets.
His commitment to being a leader extends beyond business, as he recently joined the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of South Florida, an organization that trains the next generation of business leaders, employees and consumers by educating students about financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work readiness. Nudelberg is involved with Russell Education Foundation, Take Stock in Children and Habitat for Humanity.
In addition to his executive role, Nudelberg is an author, TEDx speaker, and co-host of The Daily Edge podcast, where he shares insights on leadership, failure, and personal growth.
