Nick Arellano is the managing partner of Your Legacy Partners, a boutique M&A advisor that has been providing business valuations, pre-sale consulting and M&A advisory services for more than 2 decades.

Nick specializes is helping business owners with companies in the $5-$75 million range – but also has advice for entrepreneurs looking to grow to that point. Financial Service Review listed Your Legacy Partners as one of the Top Middle Market M&A Consulting Firms of 2022.

Nick earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, Strategic Management & Operations Management. He holds the CVA® (Certified Valuation Analyst), CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) and CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designations.
