Founder and CEO
Nuttha Goutier grew up in a small Thai village, where healing and wellness were woven into daily life. From gathering herbs with local healers to learning traditional practices from her grandmother, she discovered early that true wellness comes from connection, presence, and simple, intentional rituals.
After moving to Canada, Nuttha noticed a gap in the spa industry: many wellness spaces felt transactional and impersonal. Driven to create a more meaningful experience, she founded Sabai Thai Spa, a place where guests are welcomed like family and every detail—from scents to service—is designed to help people slow down and feel cared for. Over nearly two decades, she has grown Sabai Thai Spa into a successful franchise celebrated for its immersive Thai-inspired environments and attentive, heartfelt service.
As a podcast guest, Nuttha shares her journey of bringing Thai wellness traditions abroad, practical lessons for entrepreneurs building brands with purpose, and a vision for how everyday acts of self-care can strengthen individuals and communities alike.
