Ross Shott is CEO of Executive Apex, a certified business coach, veteran, board advisor, speaker, and self-proclaimed Technomancer (a wizard at optimizing technology). He combines the experience of military service in the United States Air Force, roles as a CEO, COO, CFO and entrepreneurship across a broad array of industries from Silicon Valley, CA to Silicon Hills, TX. For over a decade he has additionally impacted leading-edge executive education by helping build companies such as Singularity University & Growth Institute as well as teaching real-world applications of business fundamentals at the College of Technology, Advanced Strategy, University of Houston & Jones Graduate School of Business, MBA Capstone, Rice University. After working with over 200 startups, dozens of Fortune 500 enterprises, and 1000’s of executives, he found his passion scaling up mid-market turnarounds and growth-oriented companies through technology optimization.

Ross’ formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Technology in Futures Studies, and Doctoral studies in the Psychology of Human Performance. He is a co-author if international bestselling Cracking the Rich Code (vol 10): A CEO’s Guide to Technology and currently compiling his unique expertise in process improvement, systemic innovation, and peak performance into a book: Technology Momentum: Systematically Accelerate Your Business 10X. When not working you can find him at the local gym, learning mixed martial arts, or at home playing sports and video games with his kids.
