Scott is the best selling author of the book Move It or Lose It and has been a health professional for over 20 years. He’s a chiropractor with a posture expert certification pediatric diplomate, and has an honors degree in biochemistry.
In his book Dr Scott explores how to sit, stand and move at work and home. He talks about how posture and simple body movements not only help your body look and feel better but can optimize health and contribute to maximized performance and productivity at work, home and in sport.
Scott also enjoys mountain biking, trail running, lifting heavy stuff, golfing and lots of other cool stuff (like caffeine, fasting and smoking meat).
