What happens when the part of life that makes you human suddenly collides with the part of life where you're expected to perform?
For more than 25 years, Cindy Jennings has worked at that intersection. A former athlete, organizational change strategist, entrepreneur, and founder of Interwovenly, Cindy helps leaders and organizations navigate the moments that don't fit neatly into a workplace policy or five-year plan. Her work focuses on what happens when life interrupts work: illness, caregiving, divorce, grief, major transitions, retirement, and the identity shifts that come with them.
Her LifeWise programs include frameworks for business exits, career transitions, and the messy realities that follow major life changes. What makes her perspective particularly interesting is that it comes from experience. Cindy built and later closed her first business, returned to corporate consulting, and eventually created Interwovenly after realizing that most professional systems are designed around performance but offer remarkably little guidance when life gets complicated.
Her philosophy is refreshingly direct: life doesn't stop affecting work just because we're at work.
And perhaps the bigger question is this: what happens when the identity you've built around achievement is no longer enough to tell you who you are?
