When you woke up this morning, first thing you opened your eyes, was it a world of joy or a world of pain? Do you have that jump in your step or do you have some fog, some brain fogs, some lack of clarity, or maybe those words from your doctor or others in your life saying.

This is just normal. This is just aging. You're not going to be the way that you used to, or you've got this life ailment. Just accept it. I don't know about you, but there's a will. There's a way. And we can transform the impossible into I'm possible. That's why we're founders and entrepreneurs. And so when it comes to your health, what do you do?

Where do you begin? Well, You heard the official introduction. We have a very special guest in the House of Deep. It's an absolute pleasure to have you with us. There is always a story behind the story, and man, you've got quite the story. You're changing so many lives. Take us back to the beginning. What got you from where you were to where you are today? I.

John Jubilee: First of all, Jeffrey, I just want to honor you for what you're doing in the world for the light and the truth that you're bringing. An amazing thing, Truth makes us free, but it doesn't always make us comfortable. And so, you're one of those people that's willing to, share hard truth with people, but.

Truth that can be transformative for their life. And so thank you, for what you're doing, first of all. So, again, honored to be here. And my story is probably the story of, of a lot of our listeners here today, which was look I had a, very successful, financial background.

I was one of the top 10 bankers in America. I was on the cover of magazines and, rocking the world and the banking. However, I [00:05:00] was in poverty. In my health, I was bone on bone in both my knees. Anybody out there with joint pain in those hips or knees? Every step of my life.

Jeffrey was a step of pain. And my coworkers affectionately called me Mr. Rice Krispies. because when I walked into a boardroom, I would snap, crackle and pop. My knees were just snap crackling and popping. And I could have played Santa Claus at Christmas. I, I had the banker belly, going on there.

And my, waist was about 10 inches bigger than it should have been. So men know what that is. If your waist is 10 inches too big, what size that is. Um, I had hypertension, I had high blood pressure. But man, I was successful. I was successful financially and, managing over a hundred bank branches and so I was successful from a financial side, but I was in poverty, as I say, on my.

health side, and this is the most frustrating part, Jeffrey, that I think is many of our stories especially in the United States, but even around the world, which is it wasn't for lack of trying [00:06:00] for 10 years, Jeffrey, for 10 years I tried everything imaginable. I did the keto diet back then, it was called the Atkins Diet.

Same thing, no carbs, no sugar. I tried Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers and a thousand dollars a month of supplements and every health protocol that money could buy. I bought it I would do it, Jeffrey, for a year. So it wasn't like I just tried something for a few weeks and I quit. So each one of these things I'm mentioning, so I did 10 different things for 10 consecutive years.

And here's what I learned, you know, and how many of you guys, this is your experience. Like everything works for a minute, but that's not sustainable. And so it was so frustrating. And then one morning I get up and I go outside on a Saturday morning. I'm out there throwing a football with two of my boys for about 15 minutes.

And now I'm in so much pain, I have to go back inside. So [00:07:00] I go back in, I plot myself down on the couch. And Jeffrey, I had this, I'm going to say it it's pretty much depression. I had this depressive moment. I felt like I was in a deep dark hole of, oh my gosh, I have tried everything for 10 years. Nothing is sustainable, and am I really going to be the couch potato dad?

Is this really going to be my life that I'm the couch potato? I can't do anything, and then it gets a little worse. I see a picture of myself and how many of you have ever done this? You see a picture of yourself and you're thinking, is that really me? Like I couldn't believe how bad I looked. ' cause in my mind I looked way better than that picture in my mind.

I had this whole different image. I never realized, Jeffrey, till I saw that picture with fresh eyes of, oh my gosh, I don't only feel miserable, I look terrible. Now for the first time it's like I saw, the belly, [00:08:00] I saw the fatigue, I saw the skin, just everything. And in that moment of, really it was like being in a dark hole.

I just remember making a choice of, okay, I have to figure something out or just give up. That's where I was. I'm either just going to give up and say, this is just life. I'm just getting older. Or I'm going to go do something different. I decided I'm going to go do my own research. I'm thinking I may not be the smartest guy in the world, but you know what?

I got a pretty good brain here. You know, The fact that, you know, I had a lot of business success. I'm going to go research. So I went and researched, and this is my story that I found out is look after research in thousands of pages of science and medical peer reviewed studies, all this stuff has been out there.

The government spent tens of millions on all these medical studies, and I'm looking them up going, wait a minute. This really comes down to two simple things. The human body is basically like a bag of water [00:09:00] and cells. That's all it is. It's water and cells. And I realize wait a minute. If my cells could just get healthy, then I know I could be healthy.

But how do you make a cell healthy? Oh, you have to figure out how to get that hydration inside the cell. So long story short, I created a protocol, basically a 12 step, very special steps, sequences and intervals of 12 things to do for 88 days, which is one of the cycles of a human body. And Jeffrey, that was my transformation.

once I got healthy at the cellular level, once my cells got healthy, by the way, I didn't care what I looked like. I wasn't trying to take off my shirt and show a six pack on the internet. I just wanted to feel better. Anybody out there relate to that? You just want to feel better. I just wanted to feel better.

I wanted to have energy, like you said, I wanted to jump out of bed with a jump in my step. And I wanted to have that back again. And I got it back. And after that [00:10:00] happened, Jeffrey, for the next 11 years, 11 years, I helped several thousand people have the same experience. I stayed in banking. But I was helping all these people for free.

But I was learning, every time I would help someone, I was going to college. I was learning something new from every one of these people that I helped, and they would come to me and say, John, could you help me with fill in the blank diabetes, high blood pressure autoimmune disorder, diverticulitis, just fill in the blank.

And for 11 years, Jeffrey, I had one answer for these people. I don't know. Let's see. But what I've learned over 11 years was every one of these people, and I was measuring their intracellular hydration, by the way. So every one of us look, I've learned about 99% of the people are we all share the same story.

We're all doing the same wrong things. That's why it's not working. And why is it [00:11:00] not working is because we're all doing the same wrong things. We keep treating the symptom, the high blood pressure, the diabetes, the migraine headache, the lack of energy, the overweight, no, we're treating the symptom instead of going to the root cause.

And I learned that the root cause, because I measured my hydration and I was 20 pounds dehydrated. That's almost three gallons of water by the way. So I realized, wow, my root cause is cellular dehydration. I'm completely dehydrated. Cost $11,000 by the way, for the machine to measure my hydration, intercellular hydration back then.

And thankfully, you know, we give those devices to all of our clients now so they can measure their cellular hydration. But what I learned was when I got my cellular hydration, I automatically, I reversed all my health issues, my hypertension, my high blood pressure, regrew the cartilage in my knees, which the medical world says.

That's impossible, by the way. I have the cartilage of a 10-year-old kid in my knees today. And your [00:12:00] audience can't see me, most people say I look 42 years old when they meet me in person, they say, you know, you look like you're 42 years old. I'm 65 years old, and I'm all natural, no HGH, no testosterone, no facial injections.

I'm all natural. Just through intracellular. Hydration. When people say well, how could you look that young? I just ask them this question, which I'll ask you, what's the difference between a raisin and a grape?

Jeffrey Feldberg: Yeah. Hydration one's That's all it is. That's all.

Yeah.

John Jubilee: so I just laugh and tell people, Hey, I'm just a grape, not a raisin.

You know? And you know, why do women go get all the injections or men injections in their face? They're really just filling up what should be healthy hydration. With an artificial injection. And I'm not against any of that stuff, by the way, but I'm saying wouldn't it be great if you didn't have to have it anyway?

because you had your natural healthy hydration. And so after 11 years, Jeffrey, of seeing 2000 people reverse every ailment, every disease with a side [00:13:00] effect. Of losing all their fat. So all my clients would gain hydration. They would gain lean muscle mass, and I'm talking 10 to 15 pounds of solid muscle.

They would all lose their visceral and subcutaneous fat. And look, the average woman would lose 30 to 40 pounds of fat in 88 days. Guys would lose 50 to 70. Guys lose it a little faster than women. And if they didn't have that much to lose, they'd lose whatever they needed to lose. But after 11 years of doing that, a really famous person, I'm not going to name drop who it was by the way, but he had 14 million followers in 19.

Jeffrey Feldberg: Wow.

John Jubilee: wait, before the internet he had 14 million, but he sat me down one day and he just said, John Jubilee, you are going to change the world. He said, you have to go full-time in health and wellness. He said, no one knows what you know. No one has a science you have. He said, these are miracles or what happened to these people?

And [00:14:00] he said, listen, I will put my money where my mouth is. I got 800 employees. I'll give you my whole staff for free. You gotta build your business plan and go make people healthy. And Jeffrey, I walked out of there, I said a simple prayer and really believed this is my God calling in life is to help people get healthy.

So I left a big life in the banking world. I burnt the bridge in 72 hours, and I've been helping people for the last 18 years. Tens of thousands get healthy. That's my story.

Jeffrey Feldberg: What a story in Deep Wealth Nation. You can't see John, and as he was sharing with us earlier, if you were to see him, you'd say, there's no way that your biological age is what you're saying you are. No way. You don't look that way. He's got the muscles popping out of his shirt and a full head of hair and this terrific glow about him.

I know some of that can be superficial. The first blush, but I gotta tell you, there is an exuberance about them when you see them. Wow. Okay. What's going on here? So, John, let's [00:15:00] go for just a second. Begin to build up the foundation for the first time. Perhaps people in Deep Wealth Nation, they're hearing about, okay, this inner cellular hydration.

Let's talk about what it isn't, because I know for our health, oftentimes it's like a frog in boiling water. It's an old story. How do you get a frog while you put it in water? You turn the heat up and slowly over time, by the time the water heats up, it's too late for the frog and there's your dinner or appetizer or whatever you want to have.

But eating the frog, we'll put that off to the side for just a moment when it comes to our health. Not being healthy. And you mentioned some of the feelings and how we feel when we wake up, but what would be some of the red flags? So someone in Deep Health Nation, they're saying Jeffrey John, I hear you, but hey, I just had my seven minutes for my annual physical at my doctor.

I'm being somewhat facetious there, but my doc says everything is good, and my blood panels came back pretty good. Yeah, there's a few things here and there, but everyone has that. It's just. Old age coming on. [00:16:00] Nothing I can do about that. What are the red flags where things are appearing when they shouldn't be?

John Jubilee: I so appreciate this question, and so let me just encourage everyone again with my own confession, my own experience of, look, I tried every pill, every potion, every powder, every program for 10 years spent more than six figures trying everything that money could buy. And so there is no magic pill.

There is no magic pill. There is no magic powder. There is no magic peptide or GLP one or any of those things. They're all temporary. They're all temporary. Now, with that said, look and Jeffrey, I don't know if you're aware, but I'll just share with our audience here today. Listen the, peptide at GLP one, it is a hotter craze than the iPhone was.

40 million just in America, by the way, in America, 40 million Americans have jumped [00:17:00] on peptides and GLP ones. And listen, if you're on it, please stay with us. Stay with us. I got some good news for you. If you're one of those 40 million, stay with us. If you're on a peptide or a GLP one, stay here. I got some good news for you.

But 40 million in the next year is. Going to balloon to 70 million people the hottest craze in the history of health and wellness. So, let me just give you guys some real science. ' you know, the word science means the search for the truth that is known. So at the end of the day, guys, truth is a good thing.

It's not always a comfortable thing, but here's what the truth is. On peptides and on GLP ones, they guarantee you scientifically you're going to lose your hydration and you're going to lose lean muscle. 40 to 60% is the science. So if you lose 10 pounds, you're going to lose four to six pounds of hydration and muscle.

That's just the science. It's not an opinion. Everybody with me there? [00:18:00] So imagine that's what we call weight loss, right? So weight loss is when you're losing healthy muscle, you're losing healthy hydration and you're losing some fat, but you're only losing 40 to 60% fat. You're losing a lot of healthy things there with the scientific protocol of intracellular hydration.

It's the exact opposite, which makes it the perfect hand in hand. If you're going to do a peptide or GLP one, you need to do an intracellular hydration protocol. Why? Because it is guaranteed scientifically you will gain hydration and you will gain lean muscle. And Jeffrey, I just had a client which he taught me something new, by the way, I didn't realize GOP ones.

This guy's been on a GOP one for 13 years. They've been around a long time. So this guy, he says, Hey, can you help me? I've been on a GLP one for 13 years. I said, are you serious right now? I didn't even know they'd been around for [00:19:00] 13 years. I thought this was a new craze. He said, no, John, I've been on one for 13 years.

I gone on it for diabetes. I said is your diabetes gone? He said, no, I still have diabetes. He was 40 pounds overweight after 13 years on a GLP one, and he said, can you help me? I said, yes. I said, listen, when you have intercellular hydration, you're going to gain your health. Because he said, I have no energy and I've lost all my lean muscle.

He said, I have no strength, man. He said, I'm like a five-year-old girl with my strength level because these GLP ones have eaten away all my muscle. And I said brother, I can guarantee you you're going to gain 10 to 15 pounds of solid muscle. You'll lose your fat, you'll gain your hydration. So even after 13 years on a GLP one, he lost 42 pounds of fat on intercellular hydration.

He lost 42 pounds of fat. He gained 15 pounds of lean muscle mass, and he [00:20:00] gained 12 pounds of intracellular hydration, and he quit his GLP one. So he came off of it. So I would encourage people. Yeah. Don't fall for the amazing marketing. Internet marketing's amazing, they make us want to buy every single thing out there.

This is going to change my life, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's all sales, it's all marketing. It's nots science. what, it's not to answer your question, what it's not. No it's not a shot. It's not a pill, it's not a potion, it's not a power. It's real science of how to transform ourself at the cellular level so that we don't have weight loss.

We only have fat loss. If we have fat to lose. We're only going to lose our fat, but we're going to gain our hydration. We're going to gain our muscle and get our energy and our health.

But to your point, and I'm going to be a little bit cynical here, you look at some of the big food and big pharma that puts aside where it is in terms of getting sick.

It's no coincidence oh, now that you're sick. Look at this, we have a solution that can help get you healthy. But all that aside, cynicism aside for just a moment here, so talk to us in terms of the system that you put together. The system that has begun to change so many lives over the years really make a difference.

John Jubilee: Yeah well, great question. And Jeffrey, you said something there very nonchalant. I just want to put a highlighter on what you said, which was very powerful. Yeah, every one of us already has every peptide and every GLP one within our own system and through our food. And I do just want to share one quick thing to, validate this for everyone.

I would challenge anyone, go get a 20 ounce steak, get the 20 ounce steak, cook it how you like it, put it on a plate in front of you and beginning eating it. You cannot eat the whole steak, [00:23:00] and the reason you cannot eat the whole steak is because of your natural GLP one. So when you start eating that steak, that protein sends a signal to your body that activates your GLP one for one to two minutes.

And when it activates for those one to two minutes, it tells your brain. Joe Mary, you are full. You're done. You are completely full. You're not hungry anymore. Stop eating the steak, and so Mary May stop eating the steak at six ounces. Joe May stop at eight ounces. And inflammation cannot coexist with intracellular hydration. It's like turning on a light. If a room is dark, you turn on light. Darkness is gone. When you turn on your intracellular hydration, your inflammation. Is eradicated from your body. You become like a river of living water that flushes out all your toxins and all your inflammation.

And when the inflammation leaves, the body reaches scientifically what's called homeostasis biblically. It's called peace shalom, nothing broken, nothing missing, but when your body hits that state, it's designed to heal [00:26:00] itself. And so we're basically putting your body in such a healthy state that whatever issue that you have going on that's going to reverse.

And then picture, you have about 37 trillion give or take cells in that body. When you put that river of living water and you get all the toxins out and all the inflammation out, those things light up Jeffrey, like little thermal nuclear power plants. Everybody's jumping outta bed.

Everybody's got a pep in their step. Everybody has a healthy glow. That was interesting that you said that, that exuberant, that healthy glow. That just comes because when you're healthy at the cellular level you can't help it. And every organ is optimized. Your thyroid, your brain, your kidneys, your heart, your skin is your body's largest organ.

So that's part of why your skin will look 10 or 15 years younger. And I'm talking men or women, by the way. And the same thing with the hair, Jeffrey. I have women in their sixties and seventies that say, my [00:27:00] hair hasn't been like this since I was in college. And why? Because they're optimizing every organ in their body.

And so that cellular health just exudes. From the inside out and it just so happens these four things always happen. They gain their hydration measurable. They gain lean muscle, measurable. They lose visceral and subcutaneous fat, and they improve or reverse any health condition that they have. That's what happens during the 88 day protocols.

Jeffrey Feldberg: Palpation. Here's what I want you to think about. So when John talks about inflammation, you may be saying Inflammation. What? Inflammation in the body? How does that work? We've all seen inflammation. If we took a metal rod or even a nail and we left it outside, we came back however long later. It begins to rust.

And so inflammation in the body is like we are literally rusting from the inside out. And so John, to use that analogy, I can [00:28:00] imagine if our pipes inside of us, our veins, our organs, if they're rusting from the inside out. Not a good situation. And so what you're sharing with us is you begin to stop that process, get the proper hydration back into the cells, into the organs and everything else.

Getting us back to you. Use the term homeostasis, not to get too medical here. Explain for a deep nation though homeostasis and the proper hydration for the cells. What's going on with that? What do you mean by that?

John Jubilee: Yeah, no, I love it. And again, let me just share a couple real stories, real practical stories. so every Tuesday night I do a Tuesday night call with and I love it, that you have your nation, because we call it, the Transformation nation, right? We call it the Transformation Nation at Energize Health.

And so. Because it's a movement. It's a movement of getting healthy in a completely natural way that's sustainable for your whole life. By the way, I did this in 1997, so that's 29 years ago. I have not been sick one day since [00:29:00] 1997. Like you can't make a healthy cell sick. I tell people try. I go try to make a healthy cell sick.

Like you just cannot make a healthy cell sick. I've had one medical doctor visit and I have eight kids. I got six boys and two girls. So I got a big life insurance policy. I'm in a category. Those insurance people, you're going to love this. I'm super ultra preferred. Super ultra preferred. I pay like 30 cents on that dollar for my insurance.

You know where they're supposed to be. Our body is designed so [00:31:00] amazing. You have certain cells in your body, even if cancer tries to attack your body, you know you have certain cells in there.

And look, I try to keep things fun and not get all sciencey on people. I call them the terminator cells. You have these cells, they're like the Terminator man. They go attack cancer cells. If there's an unhealthy cell in your body when you have homeostasis. Your cells are like soldiers. It's like the Marines, the navy, the army.

No, you have different soldier cells that they have different functions and they go do what they're really supposed to do when you're in homeostasis, and that's why it's not that a virus isn't going to hit you, it's just that virus can't impact you the same way because your soldier cells will go attack that virus.

And they'll just terminate it. They'll terminate it. And so that you can have your full energy, your full strength, your power every day. I just thought of something. because when you laughed, you got such a beautiful laugh and a great smile. [00:32:00] Listen, we have people that had gum issues, horrible, receding gums and all kinds of dental issues.

No, they reverse even the gum issues, challenges going on in people's mouth. Reverse because when you get healthy at the cellular level, it's like having a car wash in your mouth. Like even my dentist said, look, I'm not telling people don't floss. Don't, please don't. Don't misunderstand me, but I don't floss.

And I have no cavities. I have no cavities. And even my dentist says, John, don't tell people you don't floss because you have such great teeth. He says, my teeth are luminescent, but it's just part of cellular health. That when you have like a car wash, it flushes all the bacteria out. And so you wouldn't even have to flos floss.

I'm not saying no floss, but it is amazing that whatever it is, whether it's a health issue as serious as a cancer or diabetes [00:33:00] or diverticulitis or IBS, whatever your challenge is that you have. I've had people that thought they had a birthmark because they had a skin, you know, something on their skin and it went away.

And they thought, John, I thought that was a birthmark. And then when I got healthy at the cellular level, my skin so transformed. That thing went away. People with 90% psoriasis, Jeffrey on their whole body completely, gone. So that's the power of homeostasis. We are truly miraculously made.

We just have to get our body at homeostasis. And the number one most important thing is our hydration measurement. It's not blood pressure. It's not A1C, it's not cholesterol, it's not triglycerides. We are designed to be mostly water, and so our most important health metric for any of us is how much intracellular hydration do we have?

Jeffrey Feldberg: And as you're talking through that, I know there's people in DE both Nation that are saying, okay, [00:34:00] John Jeffrey. Yeah, I hear you. But hey, I'm drinking lots of liquids and lots of water. I have the purified water. I've stopped drinking all the plastic bottles with water. I'm doing everything right. Why wouldn't that be enough?

So what would you say to that person of what's going on behind the scenes? Maybe we're having lots of water. But we're still dehydrated from the cellular level.

John Jubilee: Oh no, that's so good looking guys. That was me. So that was me. So for 10 years I drank a gallon of water a day. For 10 years, I'm drinking a gallon of water a day. So how many of you guys are drinking a gallon a day? So I'm drinking a gallon a day. Of every kind of water that they had out there, right?

High alkaline water oxygenated water, reverse osmosis, ionized water. I tried every kind of water you could drink. But here's what I learned. My cells were as hard as a glass marble. They were as hard as a glass marble and you could drink five gallons a day. How much is going to get into a glass marble?

None of it. It's going [00:35:00] straight to the toilet. So, yep, we're all drinking more water, Jeffrey. We all know to drink more water and some of us are drinking, $5,000 water. We're drinking all the expensive water. It's going straight to the toilet. We have really expensive pee. Same thing for our supplements.

By the way, all those supplements that we're taking, when our cells are as hard as the glass marble. That's just expensive urine. Our urine's worth a lot. I was spending a thousand dollars a month on supplements. My urine was worth a lot of money. But here's what I learned, and this is the science.

This is what I filed the patent on. science of intracellular hydration makes the cell go from being hard, like a glass marble, to porous like a sponge. Now when it becomes porous like a sponge, the hydration. Actually gets inside the cell, and when it gets in there, it pushes out the toxins. It pushes out the inflammation like the river of living water.

And that's why I've had many clients that drank one to two [00:36:00] gallons a day, by the way. And when I measure them, they're 20 pounds. They're almost three gallons low of hydration. In many ways though, the system is set up against us. What I mean by that is no matter how much effort or time I put into the traditional way of doing things, I'm likely going to lose because it's garbage in, garbage out. So for [00:37:00] the benefit of those in Deep Health Nation, when it comes to what we're drinking, breathing, and eating, why isn't it going to work if we just go and eat and drink what everyone else is eating and drinking?

What's going on there?

John Jubilee: What's going on there is the marbles. Is the marbles so look, if you're like a big bag of marbles, even when you try to eat the best food possible, those nutrients can't get in the cell either. So you're not getting the real nutrients. You could be eating the best food in the world.

It's not getting in guys. It's just going out. It's coming in and it's going out. But this is why when we do reach homeostasis through our intercellular hydration, now the digestive system, you have the healthy acids in your stomach at the right level that you're supposed to have. It breaks your food down, it pulls out the nutrients.

It pulls those nutrients into your cells so they get what they need, which, Hey, by the way, your cells need [00:38:00] carbohydrates. They need carbohydrates. So look I'm all for everything, guys. Anything that makes you feel better and it's good for you, I'm like, two thumbs up. But I will say something affectionately fun for the keto people.

Jesus hates the keto diet. they said, Lord, teach us to pray. He said, give us this day. Our daily bread, you know, so I know Jesus is not for the keto diet, because he is, he's all about the bread. I say that in a fun way but I will tell you, at a cellular level, your cells need carbohydrate.

And I want every, everyone listening to me, I want you to pause and say the word carbohydrate real slow. Jeffrey, would you do it for your audience? Just say the word carbohydrate, slow for each syllable.

Jeffrey Feldberg: Sure carbohydrate.

John Jubilee: There we go. Hydrate, hydrate. We need carbs to help us hydrate. And it is the number one nutrient to every cell in your body is glucose. Glucose is [00:39:00] not a bad thing. Just too much glucose is a bad thing, right? But you need glucose. It's the easiest. Most efficient food for your cells to eat. So you need to learn how to eat your carbs in moderation, your body will turn protein into a carb if you make it. So that's why the keto diet does work, by the way. No, you make your body go into emergency danger mode. Like, Hey, we got no carbs. We're going to have to convert protein to carbs. Will it do it? It will. But it's not supposed to. That's not really the best, but it will do it if you make it do it, which is why you'll lose weight.

But when you lose weight on a keto diet, it's just like your GLP one. You're going to lose some muscle. You're going to lose some hydration. You're for sure going to lose hydration, by the way, on the keto diet, and guys, we've gotta rethink this a minute of, wait a minute. Do I really want to lose weight or do I want to lose fat?

Ask yourself that question. You don't want to lose your lean [00:40:00] muscle. Lean muscle is the number one longevity factor in the universe. Strength and muscle will make you live long and live strong so that you can be self-sufficient, independent your whole life till the day you die. If you have your muscle and your strength. And Jeffrey, what is muscle made out of? 75% water, 75% of muscle. It's three times more important, how much hydration we have for how strong we're going to be, how much lean muscle we're going to have than it is how much we work out, or how much protein we eat. So the hydration is the real key for us in life. But not just drinking water.

No. It's, we've gotta go through the steps at the cellular level to transform those cells from glass marbles to sponges so our hydration can get in there. So it can build the lean muscle, it can optimize all of our organs, give us [00:41:00] our energy, give us our strength and cool side effect. It does metabolize our fat faster than anything.

Jeffrey Feldberg: And Nation I know. Some of you're probably saying Jeffrey John, if this is as good as you say it is, why isn't my doctor talking about it? Why aren't I seeing this on the front page of all the newspapers or online with whatever I'm reading and people with Nation? I want to share a few things with you, just food for thought, and again, do your own research.

Whatever John is saying, whatever I'm saying, don't take it at face value, do your own deep dive. But John, I'll share with you as well as Deep Wealth Nation. John Jubilee: well Look, if I could again, there's a sequence of 12 things, very specific. If I could give four quick things real quick for people that they could take away. So number one I would encourage everybody begin your day. if you want to lose fat, if you're a person that needs to lose fat or you just want to feel better, get up first thing in the morning.

Drink your coffee or drink [00:46:00] your water whichever you go for. Drink your water, drink your coffee, but go for a walk. And I would encourage you, if you want to lose fat, go for a walk for an hour. Look during that hour, use that to listen to Jeffrey's podcast. Listen to something that's inspirational for you so that you're doing two things at one time, but go for a walk for an hour.

And the reason why is the first 10 minutes you're walking, your body just says, oh, you're up, you're moving. I'm going to go get glucose. It uses glucose At minute 11, you start burning glycogen. Now an amazing thing happens though, at minute 20 your body says, wait a minute, Jeffrey's not stopping. We gotta go get a better fuel source.

Let's go get the fat. So at minute 21, your body starts metabolizing fat. And first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, you get triple the fat burn. It's the only time of the day you can get triple fat burn first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. So do that for one hour and then I'm going to tell you to add something else.

It's my second tip for you. Every five minutes, you're walking for five. Every five minutes. Get up on the balls of your feet. Your calf [00:47:00] muscles are your second and third heart of your human body. Your heart only pumps blood down like a waterfall. It pumps blood down through your arteries.

But when you engage your calf muscles, those calf muscles are like a second and third heart, and they push it up through the veins. Now you get full circulatory value of how your body's designed to work. That's why little children always run around on the balls of their feet. You'll never see a little kid running around heel toe.

They don't do it. We're not designed for that. That's not how the circulatory system. So one minute outta every five, just get up on the balls of your feet to get your full circulation going. The next thing is absolutely, listen. I'm not saying you're going to get hydrated by drinking water, but you do still have to drink water.

So if you're not drinking it yet, start. Start and become a water chugger. If you try to sip water all day, you'll never get in enough water. And I drink water. Just, I don't even [00:48:00] need to drink hardly anything anymore because I'm fully hydrated. 62% intercellular hydration. Men should be 60 by the way, ladies should be 55.

 But I started out 20 pounds low, but now I'm a full cup. Now. I'm a full cup, but I still just do it guys as a healthy habit. And the amazing thing is. Is look again, these are your first steps. So get up, go for a walk. Definitely drink your water and then look on your food. Just watch your portion size, and think of it like a mini meal. Think of it like a mini meal. because we just eat way too big of portions, especially in America. But ladies eat four mini meals. Men eat five mini meals. Men have muscle. You have a faster metabolism. Get used to eating mini meals in moderation.

By the way, I eat everything in moderation. I got a bunch of kids, I still eat at Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out burger and everything. Now realize though, I already did the 88 day. Once you reset your metabolism, you reset your hypothalamus guys, you really can eat [00:49:00] like a teenage kid. I'm not saying to do that, but I am saying you really could because your body will still pull out the nutrients and just expel the waste. The fourth thing I'll share with you is one supplement that I recommend to everybody and it's MSM, M and M with an S in the middle. MSM, it's methylate methane, listen and I teach supplements are supplement guy. If you're not doing the things we teach so that your cell is porous like a sponge, you're wasting all your money anyway.

You're just peeing it down the toilet. But everyone should be taking MSM, methylsulfonylmethane. Now, the reason I say that is every natural water supply on the planet Earth is filled with MSM. It's the third most common thing in the ecosystem of the planet. And we take it out of all of our.

Those are to protect you as a consumer from scammers.

Go look and see what people say and what you're going to find is this. People say, this sounded [00:52:00] too good to be true, but it changed my life. Every ailment, every disease that I have ever heard of in 29 years, we have been able to help people reverse it.

I love this question though. And I can truly say, yeah for me it would just be to go back. because I have a very dramatic life by the way. Yeah, I'd probably go back to myself at about nine years old and just say, Hey, believe it or not, [00:54:00] everything is going to work out way better than you could possibly imagine.

I would just encourage my 9-year-old self, because I had so many dramatic things happen in my life as a little boy and growing up all, all through my life. I worked 10 at night till six in the morning when I was in high school. Came home, took a shower, ate breakfast, and went to school.

I worked in a, an iron mill and so I had a very hard, very challenging life. I would've never imagined, I was going to have a beautiful wife, a beautiful family, get to help tens of thousands of people, it, it looked pretty challenging when I was young.

Jeffrey Feldberg: Wow. Yeah. If you want something different, you have to do something different. [00:56:00] So when someone like Jeffrey brings you a new truth, you know when you have a new truth, now the responsibility shifts. So he brought you a new truth today of intracellular hydration. And now if you choose to implement it, you can change your life.

And Jeffrey, you mentioned some earlier, we hear that every day from people. By the way, we hear what you said. How does everyone in the world not know about this? The reason is because we're not the 5 million follower. We're not the social media gurus. We're not the marketing geniuses. Listen, we are genius in our lane.

No. We know how to reverse ailments and diseases. We know how to make people healthy at the cellular level. Like you said, we're really not the best business model. We're really not, but we are great at what we do. And so yeah, if you guys reach out to us, you can have a real experience.

You can have a real life change. We really believe you can reverse any element or disease you have. We really believe you can reverse age 20 years and be [00:57:00] your strongest. And I do want to challenge people with this. There's a scripture in Deuteronomy. It says, as your years are. So shall your strength be.

That says we're supposed to get stronger as we get older now. Now think about it, that's in the Bible. But Jeffrey, because I read that scripture in 1997, I could bench press about 200 pounds. And so I made a, goal, I'm going to increase about one pound a month, just one pound a month. That's a quarter of a pound a week.

So tiny. And I just kept doing that. Guys steady wins the race. You know, Turtle power, right? Steady wins the race. So I just steadily committed to just see if that was really true. Last year I set the world record for chess press. I did 555 pounds 14 times as a senior citizen.

Jeffrey Feldberg: Oh my goodness.

John Jubilee: and I'm not a weightlifter. I'm a health guy, right? I'm a health [00:58:00] guy. and I really believe every one of you can have the same thing. This can be your story.

Jeffrey Feldberg: My goodness, John, you're making 60, the new 20. I absolutely love that in terms of what you're doing and setting all these records. That said, congratulations, John. It's official.
